Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Lifelong Career Mentor (LCM4U), a product of NeuroQuanta Private Limited. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
LCM4U provides career guidance through a conversation with an AI mentor called Hanuman, and a personalised report. The guidance, including salary figures and timelines, is general and indicative. It is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice, and we do not promise any job, admission or income. Please use your own judgement and consult qualified people for important decisions.
Who can use it
Anyone can try the service. Where the law of your country requires a parent or guardian's permission for someone of your age, you will need it before you can continue, and a parent or guardian may pause access later. You must give your date of birth truthfully.
Your account
You sign in with your own mobile number and a one-time code. Do not share your code or let someone else use your account. Tell us if you think your account has been misused.
Plans and payment
- Free: a limited number of exchanges with Hanuman.
- Career Report: a one-time payment that unlocks the full conversation and report.
- Lifetime Access: a one-time payment that also gives continued access to Hanuman for as long as the service is offered.
Prices are shown before you pay, in your local currency where available. Payments are processed by Razorpay or Stripe.
Refunds
The report is generated as soon as you pay, so purchases are generally not refundable. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the service did not deliver what you paid for, write to care@neuroquanta.ai within 7 days of the payment and we will put it right, usually with a refund to the original payment method.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people's accounts or reports, to copy it at scale, or to use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The service, Hanuman and the report format belong to NeuroQuanta Private Limited. Your report is for your personal use. You may share it with family, mentors or advisers, but not republish it commercially.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
